Iphraim "Raffy" Cabristante is currently a print, broadcast, and online journalist based in Dumaguete City, Philippines. He covers local and regional news from Dumaguete City and Negros Island. He also gives lectures on traditional and online journalism to high school and college students.

He is also a graduate student at the Ateneo de Manila University, pursuing his master's degree in journalism as a fellow of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Program for Media and Communications in Asia.
